After dealing with my own health struggles, I found a functional Doctor I really trusted (& still do!). That journey eventually led me to my sweet baby boy. Becoming a mama gave me so much purpose and made me want that same kind of meaning in my work.

I’ve always been the creative friend who loves to help. I can dream big and figure out how to make it happen. I’ve worked as the business & marketing manager at a small insurance agency and a local interior design studio, doing the kind of work that brings in clients, builds connection, and keeps things running smoothly. But, I felt called to the functional medicine & holistic healing space.

So here I am now, I support wellness practitioners by helping them simplify and organize the moving parts of their business. You could say I’m part email wrangler, part community builder, part systems whisperer. I bring years of experience, a love of the details, and a personalized approach.

I believe in doing things with heart, and a little old-fashioned charm even if we’re using modern tools to do it.
