These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of this website and your engagement of services provided by Enliven Lane LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing our site or working with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our website or services.

1. Services

Enliven Lane LLC offers professional support services including, but not limited to:

  • Business operations support

  • Systems organization and implementation

  • Client experience strategy

  • Marketing material development

  • Event planning and outreach support

All services are customized based on an agreed-upon scope and delivered per the terms of the individual proposal or agreement.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is required in accordance with the invoice or service agreement provided. In most cases, full payment is due prior to the start of work. Retainer agreements or multi-phase projects may include milestone payments or recurring billing.

We accept payments via the methods outlined in your invoice. Late payments may result in delays in service delivery or additional fees.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of custom, service-based work, all sales are final. Exceptions may be made in the case of an error on our part or mutual agreement to discontinue a project before work has begun.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments and project timelines are scheduled with consideration and care. Clients are encouraged to provide a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any rescheduling or cancellation of meetings or work sessions.

Significant delays initiated by the client may result in rescheduling fees, extended timelines, or additional administrative costs. Enliven Lane LLC reserves the right to adjust availability and project timelines accordingly.

4. Confidentiality & HIPAA Compliance

We treat all sensitive information shared with us with professionalism and discretion.

When working with clients who manage Protected Health Information (PHI), Enliven Lane LLC operates as a Business Associate and will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). A signed BAA is required before any work involving PHI is conducted.

All client data is handled securely and will not be shared with third parties without written consent unless required by law.

5. Intellectual Property

All deliverables and materials created by Enliven Lane LLC remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received.

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use final deliverables for their intended business use. Templates, tools, and documents may not be resold, repurposed, or shared publicly without written permission.

We reserve the right to reference anonymized or non-sensitive versions of completed work in our portfolio or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

6. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide exceptional service, Enliven Lane LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific business results or outcomes. The Company shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, website, or materials.

All services are provided “as is” and at the client’s discretion.

7. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

In the course of providing services, we may recommend or assist with third-party platforms (e.g., scheduling tools, EHR systems, email software). Enliven Lane LLC is not responsible for the functionality, privacy practices, or terms of those third-party platforms.

Clients are responsible for reading and agreeing to the terms of any third-party software they choose to implement.

8. Updates to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in legal requirements, business practices, or service offerings. Any changes will be posted to this page with the effective date. Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
